The Challenge

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE needed a trusted and reliable long-term marketing partner of printed point of sale displays to promote campaigns and offers across their stores and cabinets. This covered all printed items from posters, menu boards and bunting to strut cards, price tickets and flyers.

With 1,500 stores and cabinets, Krispy Kreme UK & IRE also needed to reduce cost and waste as they were sending out generic POS packs to all sites - who were throwing away what they didn't need, or have space for.

Our Solution

Our dedicated account managers work alongside the Krispy Kreme marketing team to organise their print campaigns ahead of time - choosing materials and print processes that are both cost-effective and as sustainable as possible.

Using our MauveTech profiling module, we captured the data for each doughnut site and its requirements, and Krispy Kreme colleagues can now continually update site information on-the-road, as and when needed. And our retail-specialist creative team support with concepts and artwork when required.

All printed stock is then stored by our Fulfilment team who safely pick, pack and deliver them to stores when orders are placed by store staff.

The Result

Krispy Kreme receive high-quality bespoke kits dispatched direct to stores and cabinets within tight deadlines, and benefit from creative artwork that's designed to be retail-ready for all the main retailers and supermarkets. Krispy Kreme have also reduced their waste and print spend as the right quantities of POS is now produced for each doughnut location. This also has a positive impact on their carbon footprint, and compliance is increased as a result. And we've even won awards together!
