Account Executive

At Mauveworx we create, automate, print and distribute marketing materials for retailers and brands. We strive to provide innovative solutions to many big name brands whilst building and nurturing relationships along the way. We're looking to hire an Account Executive to our team.

What you’ll do

You'll assist our MauvePrint team in the efficient, effective and profitable delivery of our service to our clients. Working within the Client Services team, you'll be a point of contact to manage the day to day interaction with our clients. This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to learn and grow as there are plenty of career progression options. Due to the fast-paced nature of print, no two days are ever the same and you will be working with many big name retailers!

Day-to-day aspects of the role include:

• Taking quotes requests from account managers
• Building and structuring quotes within MIS system
• Support on store enquiries
• Manage Mauvetech tasks
• Manage live jobs through production schedule
• Co-ordinate all artwork received
• Complete weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
• Ensure all internal working processes are strictly complied with
• Support with invoicing
• Liaise directly with our clients as appropriate

What we’ll need

• Experience of retail and print, preferably print POS but not essential
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Highly competent in using Microsoft Office
