We’re investing in the future of print with two new Agfa Jeti Tauro digital presses, including the UK’s first Agfa Jeti Tauro H3300 XUHS, installed at our Dorset facility.
This investment strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality print for retailers and brands, with greater production capacity, flexibility and efficiency.
- Speeds of up to 1,280 m² per hour: Our Jeti Tauro H3300 XUHS is built for high-volume production, helping us meet demanding deadlines and keep large-scale campaigns moving.
- 24/7 production capability: Designed for continuous, multi-shift operation, the press supports demanding workloads and tight turnaround times.
- Print widths of up to 3.3 metres: Giving us the flexibility to produce large-format graphics and a wide range of retail marketing materials.
- Rigid and flexible materials: Hybrid printing allows us to work across different substrates, opening up more possibilities for POS, displays and promotional graphics.
- Award-winning technology: The Jeti Tauro H3300 XUHS has received three European Digital Press Association (EDP) Product Awards, recognising its printing technology, automation and inks.
- Standout print quality: Vibrant colours, fine detail and smooth colour transitions help bring creative concepts to life.
- Specialist finishes: White ink, primer and varnish options offer greater creative flexibility, enabling us to produce distinctive effects and achieve high-quality finishes across a wider range of materials.
- More efficient ink use: Agfa’s Thin Ink Layer technology is designed to reduce ink consumption while maintaining strong colour reproduction.
Together, these capabilities strengthen our offering across point-of-sale (POS), retail displays, promotional graphics and large-format print, helping us deliver campaigns with greater flexibility and efficiency.
Ian Turner, our Business Development Director, said:
“This is a significant investment for Mauveworx and an important milestone in our continued growth. We’re investing in the latest technology to increase our production capacity, improve efficiency and give our customers even greater flexibility.
“Bringing the UK’s first machine of its kind to our Dorset facility is something we’re particularly proud of. It reflects our commitment to investing in the future of the business and ensuring we have the technology and capabilities to support our customers as they continue to grow.”
This investment is another step towards our ambition to double turnover over the next three years, while continuing to strengthen the print services we provide.
