Our Despatch Department is now looking for a full time Admin Assistant to help and support our Despatch Manager in the MauvePrint team.

What you’ll do

Working alongside our Despatch Manager, you'll ensure all jobs are delivered to the end client on time, within budget and managed in an efficient manner. You'll have excellent administrative skills which allows you to effectively organise all jobs and despatches that need to be delivered to our clients. With your great decision making skills, you'll liaise with our couriers to ensure that despatches will arrive on time and within budget.

Other day-to-day duties of the role are:

  • Co-ordination of information regarding despatch requirements of finished goods
  • Liaison with internal departments and external warehouses
  • Organisation of appropriate couriers using multiple web-based and internal systems
  • Pre-despatch documentation
  • Post-despatch follow up and reporting
  • Data entry
  • Use our internal Management Information System to run reports

This position is a permanent, full time position working Monday – Friday starting either at 8.30am/9am - 4.30pm/5pm. We can be flexible with start and finish times.
