The main objective for Smyths was simple; to reduce their current spend on in store marketing by working more intelligently.

We profiled Smyths' growing retail estate, automated all stock ordering through our MauveTech platform, and moved all point of sale (POS) stock from head office and the incumbent print suppliers. Our stock management platform also facilitated a sizeable reduction of print materials and deliveries, which further streamlined costs.
Over a period of 6 months, we worked closely with key stakeholders to ensure that we understood all of the variables of their POS, from materials, and sizes, to print process. We were continually looking to add value to their merchandises from a creative perspective, as well as providing the unrivalled client service that is so key to our client relationships.
We are now Smyths’ sole provider of POS material, and continue to deliver a massively simplified and streamlined retail solution, saving them a considerable amount of money in the process.
