We strive to provide innovative solutions to many big-name brands whilst building and nurturing relationships along the way. MauveFulfilment is part of the Mauveworx brand and provide a service for our clients which includes accurate stock management, easy ordering and efficient delivery of POS and Goods Not For Resale.

MauveFulfilment is going through an exciting period of growth with the implementation in the last 6 months of additional mezzanine storage space and warehouse management system with longer term aspirations of expanding off-site.

We are now looking to add an Account Executive to our team, our ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a role that will grow and develop with them. As the face of our Fulfilment department, you will have the opportunity to deliver a significant impact on the business through strong customer service and revenue generation. You will be managing our range of print based retail customers as well as our new eCommerce fulfilment customers. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders both internally and also externally up to a Director level. This is a fantastic opportunity to get on at the ground level and play an integral part in our growth strategy.

What you'll do

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:

  • Processing inbound sales enquiries
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Manage exports to Europe - processing commercial invoicing
  • Growing revenue with existing and new accounts
  • Be the main point of contact between the warehouse and internal teams

What we'll need

  • 2 years experience in Account Management, it would be great if this was in a Fulfilment/Logistics based environment but not essential
  • It would be great if you had experience of using a WMS, ideally Mintsoft
  • It would be great if you had experience of dealing with export documentation post Brexit
  • Confident communicator
  • A tenacious, go getter who is ready to really make this role their own
