Our Despatch Department is now looking for a full time Despatch Coordinator/Assistant to join the team.

What you’ll do

Working alongside our Despatch Manager, you will ensure all jobs are delivered to the end client on time, within budget and managed in an efficient manner.

Day to day duties of the role are as follows:

  • Co-ordination of information regarding despatch requirements of finished goods
  • Liaison with internal departments and external warehouses
  • Organisation of appropriate couriers using multiple web-based and internal systems
  • Pre-despatch documentation
  • Post-despatch follow up and reporting
  • Use our internal Management Information System to run reports

  • Great organisational skills
  • Experience of working within Warehouse/Transport/Logistics would be desirable
