We strive to provide innovative solutions to many big name brands whilst building and nurturing relationships along the way. Due to new client wins and growth within the team, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager / Account Manager to join the team. Working with show stopping clients, amazing brands and being part of a team producing award winning work.

What you'll do

Working closely with the Group Account Director to drive growth across a number of key clients, driving the Mauveworx offering forward also across all mediums.

You will represent the voice of the client internally, as well as being the face of the agency and day to day client contact. Acting as the guardian of your accounts, you will work closely with internal departments, to communicate briefs clearly and making sure the clients’ needs are met, expectations managed and ultimately the supply of all deliverables within budget and on time.

Meeting with clients (both in person and virtually), becoming their go to person in the team for any briefs, queries, and questions. You will understand end-to-end marketing solutions from SEO, PPC, Web Design / Management, Social and Video production through to print and POS. Working closely with the team to drive the agency services forward. Key to this role is being able to think fast, multitask, attention to detail and have vast experience in client communication.

Responsibilities of this role include:

·Liaising with clients to identify requirements

·Manage workflow through the creative department, adding to daily planner, updating briefs, working amends through the team, delivering high volumes of work to clients on a daily basis.

·Client relationship – working directly with clients, delivering a seamless service, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are managed in a professional manner.

·Scoping projects and working with the appropriate team to ensure that it is delivered in the best way

·Working with the team to create strategic campaigns across digital, creative, print etc.

·The ability to confidently propose all aspects of marketing, both online and offline.

·Experience of working with multi-functional teams both internally and externally to deliver results

·Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

·Demonstrated capability in forecasting and financial analysis

·Relationship builder with impact and the ability to impact and influence across functions

·Enthusiastic with both their work and within the workplace

·Working closely with creative team, managing workflow and client liaison

·Travel to client meetings both nationally, predominantly London to take client briefs, for entertaining and networking when we are allowed

·Working from client offices on a regular basis when required


What we'll need

It would be great if you have experience and knowledge in the following areas:

·Digital/online marketing and print production

·High volume, high demand accounts

·Proven success in managing number of projects to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities

·Vast experience of client management

·Briefing studios and managing production timelines

·Experience of working in an agency

·Budget management

·POS experience

·Commercial awareness of brands

·Exceptional project management skills

·Presenting and reporting on campaign effectiveness and performance

·Forecasting and Financial Analysis

·Ability to gather and analyse large amounts of data

·Proven success in managing a number of projects to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities

·Full understanding of the creative processes including digital

·Experience of Social Media and Video production (desirable)

·Experience of running creative digital processes (desirable)

·Google AdWords and Analytics knowledge (desirable)

·SEO and PPC knowledge (desirable)

This position is a permanent, full time position working Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm from our offices in Ferndown.
