Client Services Executive

At Mauveworx we create, automate, print and distribute POS marketing materials for retailers and brands. Founded nearly 50 years ago, we know a thing or two about POS marketing material! We strive to provide innovative solutions to many big name brands whilst building and nurturing relationships along the way. We are now looking to hire a Client Services Executive to our team.

What you’ll do

You will assist our team in the efficient, effective and profitable delivery of our service to our clients. Working within the Client Service team, you will be a point of contact to manage the day to day interaction with our clients. With no two days ever the same, our key accounts include many big brand names!

Day-to-day aspects of the role include:

  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines
  • Negotiate press time and schedules with Mauveworx Production
  • Alert Account Manager of any quality, team or timing issues
  • Work with the Account Manager to identify any improvements in process
  • Communicate with client regarding key dates
  • Co-ordinate all artwork received
  • Manage status report and work in progress
  • Ensure all internal working processes are strictly complied with
  • Deliver all reporting that the account requires
  • Produce accurate and cost effective estimates
  • Quoting and invoicing
  • Liaise directly with our clients as appropriate

What we’ll need

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Experience of print, preferably print POS
  • Experience of quoting and estimating print, preferably print POS
  • 2 years+ experience of client liasion
  • Knowledge of managing projects
  • Be able to use technology to improve process for example Digital Asset Management, LK
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly competent in using Microsoft Office
