What you’ll do

We are looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager, in the North East/West, to continue our growth and presence in the POS marketing sector.  You’ll be responsible for identifying and penetrating new and existing market sectors with your enthusiastic and highly motivated attitude. With this attitude, you will possess a real appetite for building, developing and retaining relationships whilst driving new business growth across a range of different areas that we offer. These areas include: Point of Sale, Creative, Large format, Small format, Litho digital and screen, Fulfilment and Technology. You’ll be able to analyse and ascertain the most effective and efficient solutions for our potential Clients as well as identifying new areas of business with our existing Clients ensuring that we deliver the greatest impact on the business.

The role offers a genuine transition into a Sales leadership opportunity, encompassing the identification and implementation of short, medium and long term goals in the continued enhancement and long term growth and expansion of the Business.

What we’ll need

We will need an individual who is undeniably passionate and knowledgeable about all things Print and POS. We will need an individual who is curious and has the ability to manage their own work load and who is results driven.

You will also have a friendly but professional demeanour that will enable you to forge meaningful, working relationships across a wide range of our different Clients, whilst bringing in new business as well. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to effectively listen to our clients and articulate the wide range of commercial solutions we have to offer. Your excellent communications will ensure that you are able to successfully pitch and present and allow you to efficiently negotiate.
