At Mauveworx we create, automate, print and distribute marketing materials for retailers and brands. Founded over 50 years ago, we know a thing or two about marketing material! We strive to provide innovative solutions to many big name brands whilst building and nurturing relationships along the way. We are now looking to hire an Account Executive to our team.

What you’ll do

You'll assist our MauvePrint team in the efficient, effective and profitable delivery of our service to our clients. Working within the Client Services team, you'll be a point of contact to manage the day to day interaction with our clients. This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to learn and grow as there are plenty of career progression options. Due to the fast-paced nature of print, no two days are ever the same and you'll be working with many big name retailers!

Day-to-day aspects of the role include:

  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines
  • Negotiate press time and schedules with the Mauveworx production team
  • Alert Account Manager of any quality, team or timing issues
  • Work with the Account Manager to identify any improvements in process
  • Communicate with client regarding key dates
  • Co-ordinate all artwork received
  • Manage status report and work in progress
  • Ensure all internal working processes are strictly complied with
  • Deliver all reporting that the account requires
  • Produce accurate and cost effective estimates
  • Quoting and invoicing
  • Liaise directly with our clients as appropriate

What we’ll need

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Experience of print, preferably print POS
  • Experience of quoting and estimating print, preferably print POS
  • A tenacious, go getter
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data
  • 2 years+ experience of client liaison
  • Knowledge of managing projects
  • Be able to use technology to improve process for example Digital Asset Management, LK
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly competent in using Microsoft Office
