We are now looking to hire a Print & Pre Finishing Manager to join our growing team!
What you’ll do
Working in across our Print & Pre Finishing department, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Manager to oversee our print production and pre-finishing operations. This role will involve managing a team of operatives to ensure efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production deadlines.
Day -to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with Planning to ensure job timelines are met
- Advise on material, colour and machine capabilities and processes
- Identify potential risks or issues, implement workflow strategies to ensure job deadlines are achieved
- Monitor productivity, capacity, delays, machine breakdowns and communicate with planning
- Liaise with Studio and Finishing ensuring the correct jobs are being worked on at the correct times
- Participate in Production meetings, highlight any potential issues
- Responsible for staff management on a day-to-day basis
The role will be working Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.
